This vegan and gluten free spot is a no-brainer when thinking about getting a fresh salad or cold-pressed juice. Kale Caesar salad, the Summer salad topped with fresh berries and a BBQ chickpea salad are just some of the options at this locally owned small business. Other menu items include smoothie bowls, ginger lemon shots, sandwiches and baked goods like energy balls and cookies.

Athena’s Greek and Lebanese Grill
If you’re looking for options outside of your typical Caesar and cobb salads, Athena’s will satisfy your craving for something out of the ordinary. Options include the signature Athena salad that has romaine lettuce, mixed vegetables and topped with feta and pomegranate molasses, a gyro or chicken shawarma topped feta salad and a fatouch salad that has olives, green onion, cucumbers and pita chips.

This Louisiana-based restaurant boasts a variety of salads to satisfy an array of palates. This salad spot has spins on classics like The Goddess that has romaine lettuce, quinoa, olives, chickpeas and feta with Greek dressing and unique creations like The Power House that has spinach, quinoa, tomatoes, avocado, broccoli, edamame and popcorn with a peanut dressing.
